Being a PUBLIC broadcaster, the CBC should have to survive on donations, like PBS in the states. Let them canvass for money from like minded socialists..! To quote Jefferson: To compel a man to furnish funds for the propagation of ideas he disbelieves and abhors is sinful and tyrannical.
